Saloni Parajuli is a passionate and service-driven law student with a strong commitment to social justice. She is currently pursuing a J.D. at Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law. Saloni is particularly focused on advocating for underserved and marginalized communities. Her interest in environmental law is grounded in a desire to address the disproportionate impact of environmental harm on disadvantaged populations.
Jessica Brown is a second-year law student at Colorado Law. She is interested in environmental law, animal law, and data privacy. After earning her bachelor’s degree at Macalester College, where she majored in environmental studies and political science and minored in data science, Jessica worked at a local bookstore for two years. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog, swimming, and crocheting.
Anushka Limaye is a rising second year student at NYU School of Law, where she is a member of the Environmental Law Society and is participating in the Environment Law Clinic. After graduating UT Dallas with a B.S. in Supply Chain Management, she worked for four years in the private sector on environmental issues. Anushka is passionate about the intersection of law and environment, and hopes to make an impact in her future career. In her free time, she enjoys painting, yoga, and cooking.
Trevor Rawdon is a third year law student at the University of California, Davis concentrating in environmental law. He has a scientific background, graduating from UC San Diego with a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Systems. His studies culminated in a research project at Scripps Institute of Oceanography where he evaluated software tools for hyperspectral analysis of microplastics. He is now pursuing the law to advocate for climate-resilient solutions in renewable energy, transportation, land use, and more. As homage to his roots in outdoor leadership and athletics, as an Eagle Scout and a two-sport college recruit, he now enjoys playing beach volleyball, attending baseball games, and backpacking in his free time.
Danielle Polinske is a second-year law student at Colorado Law and is pursuing a certificate in environmental, natural resources, and energy law. Danielle earned her bachelor's degree in environmental science from Florida State University, where she developed her passion for environmental protection. In her free time, Danielle enjoys hiking, camping, snowboarding, and reading.
Nikita Prasad is a first-year law student at Vermont Law School. She graduated from Rutgers University-New Brunswick in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in Biology and a minor in Business Administration. She is passionate about applying her knowledge from her STEM background and advocating for the protection of natural resources. Nikita has lived on both coasts, she spent many years living in New Jersey and now lives in Los Angeles, CA with her family. In her free time, she loves to go to concerts, watch movies, and travel.
Isabel Coyle is a second-year law student at the University of Michigan Law School with a focus in environmental law and animal law. After earning her bachelor’s degree in economics and history from Emory University, she worked for a year as a benefits paralegal at the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati. She is interested in a career fighting for climate justice.
Stephanie is a second-year law student at Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Kansas, she spent two years working as a paralegal in two small boutique law firms in New York City. Stephanie is interested in the intersection of environmental law and international law and in her free time she enjoys taking dance classes and traveling.
Elise Nelson is a second-year law student at American University, Washington College of Law, focusing on environmental law with a particular interest in agricultural issues. After earning her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Denver, she spent two years working on progressive political campaigns for local elections in Colorado. Elise’s passion for the environment and her personal connection to the natural world developed during her upbringing in swampy South Carolina. Elise speaks Spanish and enjoys painting with acrylics and watercolors in her free time.
James is a second-year law student at the University of Michigan with a focus on clean water access and community health. He was a city planner for two years before starting law school and grew up on a small farm in northern Ohio near Lake Erie, so he has a deep appreciation for maintaining and protecting waterways. In his free time, he enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and backpacking.
Noah Shin is a rising second-year law student at University of California, Davis School of Law (King Hall). Aside from environmental law, he is interested in constitutional law, administrative law, and federal practice and procedure. He enjoys playing the guitar and singing in his free time
Yasmina is a rising third-year law student at Vermont Law School, focusing on business law. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Jurisprudence from Montclair State University, she spent a year working as a paralegal to gain firsthand experience in the legal field before starting law school. Yasmina is particularly interested in the intersection of business, immigration, and environmental law. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, discovering new cafés, and spending time with her dog.
